EPAct Tax Credit

Although there are many publications stating that the EPAct tax incentive is a tax credit, in reference to the "Commercial Buildings Tax Deduction", this is not true. The EPAct tax incentive is a 179d EPAct tax deduction not an EPAct tax credit.
